Product Description

We endeavor to describe all products as accurately as possible with the best information and materials we have available to us, however due to the nature of the medium we cannot guarantee all images and details to be completely accurate. As such we recommend viewing in person before purchase where possible.

Due to the irreplaceable nature of many of the artworks sold by The Future Tense we recommend collection or personal delivery if possible, details of which must be agreed by both parties in advance. The customer must cover all delivery costs. Where a third-party delivery service is used, The Future Tense aims to dispatch items within 7 working days of receiving cleared funds, and will use its preferred shipping partner unless directed otherwise.

It is important that you check the goods on receipt to ensure they are as described, and report any damage immediately at no later than 7 days from shipping. In the event of damage sustained during transit, we will arrange for the item to be returned and will issue either a replacement item, or where a replacement is not possible a credit note to the value of your original purchase.

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
